From its inception, Southwest Airlines has been on the forefront of culture by prioritizing their people as their greatest asset. This ideology enabled myself and a team at CPG Agency to reimagine their annual stakeholder event (Rally) beyond their wildest expectations.

Over the course of 5 years, my designs switched the nature of CPG's relationship with Southwest from 'vendor' to 'creative partner.’

After building a foundation of trust I became, by client request, the sole artistic director and designer on this multi-million dollar program. As my involvement in the program grew, so did the level of design, culminating in “the best Rally yet” as deemed by the Southwest Team.

Transforming Rally from a traditional corporate meeting to a highly-anticipated, energetic celebration has by far been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career.
