Southwest Airlines Common Heart Wall

Southwest Airlines wanted to create a space for new team members to network and connect with senior coworkers at their annual employee rally. The solution? A 21’x7’ “Common Heart Wall.” This expansive mural featured 250 pockets, each stuffed with a postcard offering a prompt for employees to respond to with advice and send to new hires through the provided mail boxes.

The mural and corresponding activation were so well-received by Southwest employees and leadership alike that the intended-one time installation was brought back for 3 consecutive years.
